Shims under fördelardrevet Distributor Drive Pinion Washers (Pinion Shims), Type 1, 2, and 3 Engines (Does NOT fit Type 4 Engines)111-105-235A. It usually takes about 6 or so to shim your distributor pinion for the required clearance. The stock engine has two washers, we simply shim to .006" with distributor and clamp in place. Make sure these are not only there, but are not "cupped".
