Description
This is a bolt-in power steering conversion box for 1958-1964 Chevrolet models. This box is based on the new 600 series steering gear from Delphi that offers true modern steering feel with a 14:1 ratio that offers stable highway driving and quicker turning for easy parking and low speed maneuverability. The box is a direct bolt-in application using the stock mounting location and pitman arm. A 16" long splined shaft and 3/4" x 36 spline DD universal joint are required for installation when using a stock steering column. Note: This is the steering box only. The U-joint is available as part number 13446 and the steering shaft as part number 409216. Both are sold separately.
